The hotel had a trendy and stylish design, which I really enjoyed. The two pools were well integrated with the building, creating a nice atmosphere. The staff provided prompt service and the room service was great. The reception was open 24 hours, which was convenient. I also appreciated that I could request mineral water to be sent to my room for free. The pricing of the rooms was reasonable for the level of service provided.
The area around the infinity pool could use better lighting in the evenings. It felt a bit quiet and lonely, especially for solo travelers or smaller groups.

The hotel had a charming boutique feel with friendly staff who were always willing to help. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with lovely decor. the refreshing plunge pool was a real highlight and provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day.
Although the hotel was located in a relatively tranquil area, the live band function on Thursday nights could be noisy and disrupt the peace. some areas of the hotel were starting to show signs of age, such as poorly laid flooring and inadequate curtain rails and hooks.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, as it is situated in a small village close to candolim calangute area, away from the action in the city center. This means that you have to travel a bit to reach popular tourist spots and attractions. the hotel is too close to the only restaurant in the vicinity, which means that privacy might be compromised.
The limited breakfast options at the hotel were disappointing.
